a)Manufacturers and Suppliers must meet their requirements under current Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Council is entitled to purchase vehicle at SA Government prices.

b)Council vehicles are exempt from stamp duty, and on certain vehicles also exempt from registration fees (vehicles are still liable for compulsory third party insurance)
