Design & Construction of netball courts and pavilion - Yarra Bend

Parks Victoria wish to invite companies to submit a fixed lump sum price for the design and construction of 8 No. Netball courts and a new sporting pavilion at Yarra Bend - Fairlea Reserve.

Please find attached all available information provided to allow for the submission of your price for both design and contruction elements.

Please complete all tender schedules provided in your submission

This project is to be delivered as one project (One Head Contractor) and submissions separating the works will not be considered

Tenders close on Friday 3rd April 2020 at 14:00pm

Submissions receive after this time will not be accepted.

All tender queries must be submitted in writing
