Storwater Drain Reconstruction - Alcia Street, Athol Park, work involves excavation, placement of RC Box Cuverts, backfilling and reinstatement of disturbed surfaces

The works generally include but not limited to the following activity:

1.Establish and maintain control of the site;

2.Dilapidation records of adjacent properties including all copies, liaison and management;

3.Liaise and cooperate with service authorities;

4.Excavate for Culvert & Pit Construction

5.Provide a temporary support system for all culvert & pit excavations and ETSA Utilities Stobie Poles where required;

6.Notify the residents of timing and extent of the work to be undertaken;

7.Placement of precast reinforced concrete box culverts supplied by the Principal;

8.Backfilling of trench and reinstatement of disturbed surfaces

9.Clean up and reinstate the site;

10.Produce and supply copies of as constructed drawings if required.
