This project involves asbestos remediation, roof plumbing including new flashing, gutters, capping, repaint external walls, gutters, facia, downpipes, doors, sanding and blasting hangar doors, repaint internal ceilings, walls, doors and replace door hardware, replace floor finishes, electrical works including emergency lighting, sanitary fixtures and fitments, new cabinetry.
