THE PROVISION OF ORGANISATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

The ACIC requires Psychologists to provide professional psychological services in support of the ACIC Organisational Psychology and Personnel Security functions to enable the support and protection of the agency’s people, information and assets.The required services are:

Perform psychological assessments to assess personnel security and organisational suitability factors.These assessments incorporate psychometric testing and analysis, risk mitigation and management;

Delivery of high quality reports to the ACIC on Candidate suitability;

Provision of high quality psychological services to support organisational health, staff wellbeing and people management; and

Other services as reasonably directed. Further details of the requirements are set out in Tender Schedule 2.2.

These services are required for a term of at least three years from the commencement date of any resulting contractual agreement. This term may be extended by the ACIC, at is sole discretion, for a further two periods of up to 12 months each.
