Description
Offerors are invited to tender for the provision of joinery and miscellaneous building works for the refurbishment of Level 2 & 3 to increase office workspace to match existing. Refer to the attached documents for relevant information regarding lodgement of offer, specification and industry briefing details.
IMPORTANT: A Mandatory Industry Briefing is being held as detailed. Offerors who do not attend this mandatory Industry Briefing will not be eligible to submit an Offer. Attendance at the Industry Briefing is limited to two (2) representatives from each potential offeror.
Offerors are to advise details of attendees to this briefing by 3:00pm on Tuesday, 3 November 2009, to Belinda Bloomfield at [email hidden].
Note: Offerors who advise their attendance via email, will be forwarded a clarification of meeting details and a site map showing location of meeting room.
