The Department of Finance on behalf of the Principal invites Tenders from Builders prequalified to level 3 Conventional for the Eaton Community College – New Science Block. Regional contractors prequalified to Level 2 Conventional may apply for a Project Specific Upgrade prior to close of tenders. Eaton Community College is situated in the greater Bunbury region of Eaton and caters for curriculum choices for students year 7 to 12. The College site contains significant wetlands as well as spacious, landscaped gardens and lawns. The College shares significant facilities with the Shire of Dardanup, the Eaton Community Library and Eaton Recreation Centre.
The works involve the construction of a new Science Block at Eaton Community College. The new block will include 4 X general laboratories, 2 X chemistry laboratories, 1 X engineering maker space, science preparation areas, storage and staff study areas.
A contractor is expected to be appointed by June/July 2019 and construction of the new Science Block must be completed for March 2020.
