and
"The extrapolation valuation of benefits ........orders - contents Page.Doc"
"The report titled ""The extrapolation and valuation of benefits observed during the Oacis Clinical Display (CD) and Clinical Order Management (COM) pre-implementation studies and from a Clinical Reporting Repository (CRR) Study of potential duplicate test orders, February 2002" will not be made available for viewing. A Table of Contents page of the report is attached to enable Respondents to complete their submission. The report will be made available to the successful Respondent."
