Description
The 25 Defence airfields will be separated into two Construction Packages as follows:
Construction Package 1: HMAS Albatross, RAAF Base Amberley, RAAF Base East Sale, Holsworthy Luscombe Airfield, Jervis Bay Airfield, AAC Oakey, Samuel Hill Airfield, RAAF Base Richmond, RAAF Base Scherger, RAAF Base Townsville, RAAF Base Wagga Wagga, Williamson Airfield, RAAF Base Williamtown, and Wyoming Airfield.
Construction Package 2: RAAF Base Curtin, RAAF Base , RAAF Base , RAAF Base Gin Gin, RAAF Base Learmonth, RAAF Base Pearce, Robertson Barracks, HMAS Stirling, RAAF Base Tindal, RAAF Williams (Point Cook) and .
Previous aircraft pavement works experience should be clearly demonstrated by participating companies. Relevant experience in similar pavement works will be considered highly desirable.
An industry briefing will be held in on Tuesday 12th April 2011. Further details will be provided in the Tender Documents.
