Market Notification and Request for Information – printing of election materials

The AEC is issuing this Market Notification and Request for Information to the open market to:

• provide notice of its intent to release a Request for Tender (RFT) to the open market for printing of election materials;
• provide high level information about the RFT, including conditions for participation; and
• seek input from potential tenderers about their interest and capacity to supply the services. The AEC expects to use this information to refine its RFT statement of requirements.

Following a subsequent Request for Tender process, the AEC expects to engage the services of multiple suppliers to produce, print and package high quality election materials in accordance with strict, legislated formats and timeframes to support the AEC’s delivery of electoral events.
