The Department of Education requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to develop and deliver a suite of customised training programs in de‑escalation and positive handling strategies/techniques for staff managing students with challenging behaviours. The participants of this training will be staff who work with students in all types of educational settings, including mainstream public schools and educational support centres.
