Southern Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (SMCT) would like to invite you to submit a response to undertake and successfully complete the above services as detailed in the attached tender documentation.

- Tender Presentation will be held on Tuesday 26 pril 2022 via Microsoft Teams at 9.00am for approximately one hour.
- ensure clarity of the scope of works required in a Tenderer’s submission, it is strongly recommended that all Tenderers attend a site inspection on Thursday 28 April 2022. For operational reasons the number of visitors per company will be capped at three. Contact: Adam Royans. COVID restrictions apply – recommend face mask be worn.
- visit details are as follows:
- Springvale Botanical Cemetery - 8.00am, Outside Clarence Reardon Centre Cafe
- Bunurong Memorial Park - 1.00pm, Outside BMP Cafe
- Questions must be submitted by 3.00pm Thursday 5 May 2022 and will be responded to no later than 3.00pm Wednesday 11 May 2022.
