18C205 - PHASE 2 Registration of Interest (ROI) for the Provision of Passenger Transport Services for the Adelaide Metropolitan Public Transport Network

Description

The Department of Planning Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI) are conducting a ROI process to register interested parties participation in an Invitation to Supply (ITS) process to operate bus and light rail services in Metropolitan Adelaide. This ITS is an exciting opportunity to participate in the reform of the Adelaide Metro Public Transport Network to improve public transport for the people of Adelaide.

Background

This ITS process involves two phases. A group of bus service contract areas have been allocated to each phase and the release of these phases to the market will occur in two separate stages.

This ROI relates to the second phase (Phase 2) of the ITS process. The initial phase (Phase 1) of bus services contract areas was released to market in April 2019. Registered Parties for Phase 1 are able to participate and provide submission for Phase 2 without additional registration for Phase 2.

Registration of Interest Process and Access to Data Room

To inform the ITS process, DPTI will be making available the use of an electronic Data Room.

To access the Data Room, Interested Parties must complete a “Non-Disclosure Deed”, “Registration of Interest Document”, “Data Room Rules” and “Bidder’s User Request Form For Access to the Data Room” (attached to this ROI notice) and submit the completed forms via email to [email hidden] by no later than 5:00PM (Adelaide Time)
Thursday, 24 October 2019 for Phase 2.

Note: The Non-Disclosure Deed (NDD) relates to confidential information disclosed at any time during the process. An additional NDD will only be required if additional entities are included in the team.

ITS Response

ITS Submissions for Phase 2 of the ITS process must be submitted in line with the instructions available in the Phase 2 Part A – Procurement Process Guidelines Document available in the data room.

ITS Submissions must be received by no later than 2pm (Adelaide Time) Thursday 14 November 2019.
