Description
This Expression of Interest (EOI) invites submissions from builders and developers to redevelop a 4,300 m² site at Dover Gardens.
The SA Housing Authority is seeking to work with a reputable, experienced private sector partner to achieve a comprehensive renewal of the site which:
- Delivers affordable home ownership opportunities;
- Has strong market acceptance;
- Demonstrates great design and build quality; and
- Provides an acceptable level of risk and financial return to the Authority.
The invitation is to provide SA Housing Authority with a description of Your proposal for the site, together with your development credentials.
Shortlisted proponents will be invited to respond to an Invitation to Supply (ITS).
