Modification Works to HBF Stadium Car Park and HBF Arena Car Park

The purpose of this Request for Tender is to seek an experienced Contractor for the modification works to the car parks and parking bays at the following locations:

Separable Portion 1:

Carpark 4, HBF Stadium, Mount Claremont WA.

Scope of work is detailed in drawing HBF 1, HBF 2 and HBF 3 which includes but not limited to:

• Construct modifications to the ACROD parking bays and car bays;
• Supply and install line marking and wheel stops;
• Relocate fence and lay new path;
• Installation of block paving to island around light poles;
• Installation of manual boom gate;
• Landscaping including removal of excess sand and installation of mulch; and
• Widening of driveway.

Separable Portion 2:

Carpark 4, HBF Stadium, Mount Claremont, WA.

Scope of work is detailed in drawing HBF 1 and HBF 4 which includes but not limited to:

• Installation of wheel stops ; and
• Re-apply line marking to all car bays.

Separable Portion 3:

HBF Arena Car Park, Kennedya Drive, Joondalup WA.

Scope of work includes but not limited to:

• Construct ACROD parking bays and pedestrian crossing as detailed in drawing HBA 1;
• Construct ACROD parking bays and pedestrian crossing as detailed in drawing HBA 2;
• Construct ACROD parking bays and pedestrian crossing as detailed in drawing HBA 4; and
• Installation of boom gate and new crossover as detailed in drawing HBA 3.

Separable Portion 4:

HBF Arena Car Park, Kennedya Drive, Joondalup WA.

Scope of work includes but not limited to:

• Widening of the Service Driveway entrance into the Basketball & Football as detailed in drawing HBA 2A.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Tenderers to note that it will be at VenuesWest’s discretion to award all Separable Portions or to award selected Separable Portions only to a Contractor.
