Waterbank Forward Works Stage 2 Obstruction Removal Works in Area D

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA) is driving regeneration across metropolitan Perth. Utilising a unique combination of powers as set out by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011, the MRA works as a developer, planning authority and place manager. It is this nimble model of redevelopment that allows us to create the successful places that are helping to make Perth a unique and memorable place to live, visit and experience.

MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Waterbank Forward Works Stage 2 obstruction removal works, at the Waterbank development site in East Perth, within the Riverside Project area. Tenders are now sought from suitably qualified civil works contractors to undertake the Stage 2 forward works program as defined in this Request for Tender document.
