Description
The Department of Health (the Department) is seeking to purchase a multi-component family-based early intervention program for child obesity as a key element in a whole of population approach to address the rising rates of overweight and obesity in Western Australia. The service will be statewide and the proposed term of the service agreement is five (5) years, with one (1), two (2) year extension option available.
