111.635B - Upper Brookfield SS - Amenities D&C DELIVERY (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Design and Construction of a new Amenities Block at 496 Upper Brookfield Rd, Upper Brookfield QLD 4069.

The new building is to replace existing unsuitable student amenities on the site and includes the consolidation of rainwater harvesting for school consumption as well as the replacement of an existing sewerage septic system. The position of the building is at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by April 2025.

Water reticulation and harvesting works are to be completed for start of Term 1 2025

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
