Lance Creek Water Treatment Plant 4.5ML Clear Water Storage

The Organisation is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision for Design and Construction of a 4.5ML CWS, at the Lance Creek WTP located at 236 Kongwak Road, Glen Alvie, VIC, 3979.

The Clear Water Storage (CWS) contract works will be generally comprised of the following components:

• Project, Safety, Quality and Environmental management;
• Detailed design of the 4.5ML CWS tank, including;
  • Foundation and floor under drainage
  • Structure and roof
  • Internal and external pipework and fittings
  • Access infrastructure
  • Corrosion protection
• Civil works of the 4.5ML CWS tank, including;
  • Decommissioning of Western sludge drying lagoon and retrofitting the pipework to the Eastern sludge drying lagoon in operation
  • Earthworks and retaining wall
  • Stormwater
  • Access track
  • Inlet and outlet main
  • Overflow and scour mains
• A chemical dosing system augmentation;
• Electrical, instrumentation and control system.
