Description
New 3 bay masonry powerhouse (plus control room and store) approximately 160m² including concrete floor slab with generator pads and all building services. Site works include pavement around the building, radiator slab and bunded waste, tank slabs and pit toilet approximately 125m² in area. Generators, controls, solar array and bulk site works are being tendered separately. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 4 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
