Provision of Engineering Support Services

The Directorate of Estate Engineering Policy (DEEP), within Infrastructure Division (ID) of the Defence Support Group (DSG), is responsible for the provision of advice and guidance on engineering policy and planning issues pertaining to the management and development of the Defence Estate.

DEEP is seeking to engage suitably qualified consultants to provide engineering support services to assist with the review of project documentation, development of policy and the provision of the engineering services.Specifically, DEEP is seeking support in several areas and these have been grouped into the following packages;

Package 1 – Mechanical Engineering Support;

Package 2 – Electrical Engineering Support;

Package 3 – Fire Engineering Support; and

Package 4 – Hazardous Areas Support.

If applying for more than one package, Consultants are to prepare and submit separate tenders for each individual package.Submissions for each package will be assessed separately and Consultants are able to be engaged for one or several packages.

The full Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation for each package contains all details specific to that package and must be requested in order to prepare a submission.
