Description
The initial funding for the concept design of the proposed Nuclear Medicine Facility includes a Technology Demonstration Facility (TDF) which will be located within an existing ANSTO building in Lucas Heights.
In this context, ANSTO will be seeking a Consultant to provide the balance of plant concept design, detailed design and IFC for building and infrastructure works related to the TDF in compliance with ANSTO’s requirements and working closely with ANSTO’s Safety and Reliability team and Subject Matter Experts (SME).
The scope excludes: (a) the design of the Hot Cells, (b) nuclear process/testing design such as In-Cell equipment, and (c) nuclear materials handling design. Specific scope details will be provided in the Industry Briefing to Shortlisted Tenderers and the RFT.
