Description
Pathwest is the custodian of three (3) buildings at QEll Medical Centre site. PP and JJ blocks are recent builds whereas J block dates to the 1980s. The electrical infrastructure in J Block is no longer suited to the demands of a modern 24-hour, 7-day a week Laboratory and Office space.
PathWest requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Contractor to complete the scope as described in this Request and by the BCA Electrical Consultant in this document package.
The work will comprise of updating the electrical switchboards and mains throughout the building. Final sub circuit migration to these new distribution boards is excluded from this contract.
