The proposed contract is for the provision of operations and maintenance services for five key bridge structures in the south of the State, namely: Tasman Bridge; Bridgewater Bridge; Bowen Bridge; Denison Canal Swing Bridge; and Bruny Island Ferry Terminals. Each of the five bridge structures is of high importance to the road users, and their functionality is crucial in allowing efficient and continuous transportation across the south of the State. The contract involves the provision of both base services and minor works and is for a period of 3 years.
