Tenancy Alterations - Level 6 Lands Building and Level 3 ANZ Centre

Works comprise the alteration and fitout of existing internal office spaces, the construction of a new Records Storage Room, general offices, new workstations and reconfiguration of existing workstations. The works include new partitions, glazing, plastering, ceilings, joinery, plumbing, doors and hardware, floor coverings, painting and tiling. The works also include new and altered electrical, mechanical, communications and security services.
