Prison Infrastructure Redevelopment Program – Managing Contractor

Tenders are being called from Managing Contractors to provide services for documentation and construction management to progress the construction works associated with Stage D1 of the Prison Infrastructure Redevelopment Program at the Risdon Prison site in Tasmania. The successful tenderer will be contracted to perform the required services by 30 June 2014. Prospective tenderers are advised that this project is subject to the approval of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Public Works pursuant to the provisions ofthe Public Works Committee Act 1914.
