Stage 1 is a literature review that will examine and report on current aquatic toxicology scientific literature relevant to this situation. Subject to the findings of Stage 1, Stage 2 will then re-examine the SRRP site-specific toxicological test work conducted in 2001 and undertake additional test work to redefine toxicity targets for Savage River for three trophic levels: bacteria, appropriate macro-invertebrates and fish.
