Invitation to Register for supply of Systems Integration Services for the Defence ERP business transformation program.

Defence is seeking Responses from suitably qualified Systems Integrators registering interest in providing Systems Integration services to the Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program.

The Defence ERP Program is the business transformation program established to deliver end to end business process standardisation, supported by a contemporary technology solution (the Program). The Program is an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation and implementation program that will deliver a near real-time integrated view of critical information, from a single trusted source, to enable all levels of Defence to make better-informed decisions on preparedness and capability management.This will involve a major transformation effort across Defence’s finance and logistics (including procurement, engineering and maintenance, and estate) business domains.

Potential respondents should note that, subject to its evaluation of responses received, the Commonwealth’s intention is to use this ITR process to shortlist a small number of potential Systems Integrators who will be invited to participate in future procurement processes (if any are conducted by the Commonwealth) relating to the Program.The Commonwealth’s present intention is that respondents that are not shortlisted by the Commonwealth as a consequence of this ITR will not be invited to participate in future stages of the procurement process (if any are conducted) related to the Program.

The Program remains subject to First Pass and Second Pass Government Approval, and any future procurement processes in relation to the Program are contingent upon the Program first securing First Pass Approval.
