Description
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is undertaking a Driver Assist Video System (DAVS) Replacement Project which must replace the current transmission medium by December 2014.The current medium uses analogue television channels which are being withdrawn by the Australian Communications and Media Authority as part of the Digital Dividend process.The PTA has chosen Wi-Fi as the means of replacing the existing DAVS transmission.
PTA has completed the Design of the system and is now seeking suitable Contractors to install the platform portion of the replacement DAVS system.
