Description
Demolition of a brick and tiled 2 bedroom duplex including the removal of asbestos. Dividing fences, winged fences, gates, sheds, driveway and crossovers are to be removed. A SWMS report is required prior to demoltion commencing and a clearance certificate at your expense is required prior to payment being made. Approval from WAPC is not required however a permit from the City of Mandurah is required at your expense.
