Description
LeadershipSA is an initiative of the Office for the Commissioner for Public Employment to increase the capabilities of leaders and managers across the public sector. A Development Centre will be conducted for senior managers to provide them with feedback on their strengths and development needs against executive level capabilities and to identify their suitability for scholarships to attend an intensive leadership development course. Proposals are invited to design and deliver a Development Centre.
