Establishment of an agreement for the supply of Ophthalmic products to be awarded under the PROSTH201401 agreement as a THHS specific pricing schedule.
NOTE: Any company who is not awarded under the PROSTH201401 contract will not be considered for the Townsville Hospital & Health Service specific agreement.
