Provision of Building Demolition Works at the Longreach Pastoral College

The Queensalnd Agricultural Training College is seeking Proposals for a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Building Demolition Works at the Longreach Pastoral College.

BUILDING WORKS - This project is to undertake the demolition works of two buildings at the Longreach Pastoral College. Demolition works is necessary to improve overall college safety and reduce the current safety risks for Queensland Agricultural Training College.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Compliance with the Technical Specification;
• Compliance with the Technical Specification;
• Class B Asbestos removal license
• Demolition Licence under the National Occupational Licensing System (NOLS)
• Record of having carried out at least three asbestos removal and building demolition projects of comparable or larger size

SITE INSPECTION: Site Inspection/s can be scheduled at the tenderers convenience, Tenderers may conduct a site inspection prior to Thursday, 23rd March 2017. Nil site inspections will occur after this date to ensure sufficient time for responses to any tender clarifications / addenda’s.
