Description
Seqwater initiated a strategic review of its Minor Works Panel in 2018 and as an outcome of this activity, this Tender process is being undertaken to implement a new panel arrangement.
Seqwater’s objective through this tender process, is to establish a panel of suppliers to meet it's maintenance and minor works requirements. Specifically, to deliver a range of works and services across the following seven (7) Work Categories;
• Category 1 – Multi-disciplinary
• Category 2 – Mechanical & Pipeline
• Category 3 – Electrical Systems Services
• Category 4 – Building & Structural Services
• Category 5 – Civil & Earthworks Services
• Category 6 – Catchment & Natural Assets Works
• Category 7 – Specialist Services
This Tender is intended to be a comprehensive assessment of Seqwater’s supply market and small, medium and large organisations are encouraged to apply.
The term proposed is to be a two year period, with two additional two year extensions and a final one year option which may be exercised at Seqwater’s discretion (this represents a 2+2+2+1 contract term).
