Queensland University of Technology (QUT) now offers an Invitation to Tender (ITT) seeking an experienced coffee retailer to lease, fitout and operate a coffee outlet style tenancy to be located within the new Creative Industries Precinct (Stage 2), on the Corner of Musk Avenue & Kelvin Grove Road, Kelvin Grove Campus. It is envisaged the area will be approximately 10-15sqm plus seating – subject to construction outcomes.
