Provisionof Civil Construction Works - Crestmead Industrial Estate

The Economic Development Queensland (EDQ) invites tenders for the civil construction works on 99-103 Magnesium Drive, Crestmead. The site is located within the Crestmead Industrial Estate, located 30km south of the Brisbane Central Business District and 4km from the Logan Motorway.

The subject site lies within the area of Logan City Council and is more formally described as Lot 51 on SP244005, Parish of Mackenzie, County of Stanley with an area of 1.909 hectares (Part 1) and 1.864 hectares (Part 2). The original lot (Lot 51 SP2440051) was fragmented by the recent construction of Rai Drive that connects Magnesium Drive to the north and Green Road to the south.

Part 1 is an irregular shaped block, tapering to the north. The northern boundary of Part 1 is defined by an electricity easement running diagonally (north east) toward Magnesium Drive. The Rai Drive frontage (eastern) boundary is approximately 87m in width at the southern boundary of approximately 91m.

Part 2 is a rectangular lot with a 68m frontage on its northern boundary to Magnesium Drive and an 87m frontage on its western boundary to Rai Drive.

Works will commence in early September 2015 with practical completion due mid December 2015
