Description
To provide a complete new central chilled water plant to connect to the existing underground site pipe system.
Two Trane water cooled centrifugal chillers have been pre-ordered by USC, and the supplier will be novated to this contractor. The successful mechanical services contractor will be responsible for the co-ordination of the installation, commissioning and warranty of the new chiller plant.
The Mechanical Installer is responsible for the provision of all necessary works.
