Detailed Design and Specification of Air Conditioning Plant Replacement

The Museum of Tropical Queensland, Townsville seeks to engage a suitably qualified Consultant to provide innovative engineering services to undertake a consultancy for an energy efficient detailed design solution and specification for Air Conditioning Plant Replacement at the site. The outcome deliverables will allow MTQ to plan for, complete and submit a budget proposal to fund the required works.

The Client requires the deliverables to commence no later than 24 March 2014 (with the commencement date to be agreed between the Client and successful Consultant), and to be completed no later than 20 June 2014 (including final invoice claim).

MANDATORY INDUSTRY BRIEFING (MIB)
A Mandatory Industry Briefing will take place at 10:00am on Tuesday, 4 February 2014 at Level 2 Boardroom, Museum of Tropical Queensland, 70-102 Flinders Street, Townsville QLD 4810, which may be followed by a work site inspection. If attending, please register as indicated in Section 2 of the Additional Provisions to Offer document

IMPORTANT: Offerors who do not attend this Mandatory Industry Briefing will not be eligible to submit an Offer.
