This procurement is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced biodiversity assessment advisor to undertake significant field investigations (over all seasons) and prepare a Biodiversity Assessment Report (BDAR) that will be used to inform the development of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the New England REZ transmission project.
