Critical Health ICT Infrastructure Program - Network Architect

Undertake a discovery/review of all material developed to date for the CHIIP program (as well as the inflight, TRM Project) material, e.g., the business case, OAG findings, dependent inflight projects/programs, any program definition/PIDs, minutes from meetings etc); Based on the material reviewed, determine key priorities and objectives the roadmap needs to support specifically for the CHIIP, and TRM e.g., Macro and Micro Segmentation strategies, approach to wireless, service delivery models of IaaS vs owner managed etc. Identify what other artefacts (policy/specification/plans/risk assessments etc) would need to be established as part of the roadmap (some of which may be developed as part of TRM, and the other projects within CHIIP scope). Develop the Network Security Architecture Framework for each category of HSP that supports each of the key priorities and objectives determined from above and whilst ensuring best practice network security principles including agility, reliability, flexibility, resilience is adhered to. As a live document, the development of the Framework will be prioritised based on the demand(s) of the CHIIP.Develop the Roadmap with clear technical milestones that is supported by a maturity model and that identifies and aligns with objectives and priorities that will ensure stakeholders are well-informed of the principles of the program. Communicate and re-fine the Roadmap and Architecture Framework based on feedback and other inputs.
