CON-3336 - Provision of Safety Belief Training & Safety Professional Coaching Program
Queensland Rail has a requirement for a consultant to provide:
1) safety belief and leadership capability training, and
2) a program of capability development for internal safety professionals to become best practice safety coaches.
This requirement is to train an initial 200 Front Line Supervisors and Managers (approximate) in Safety Belief Development and 40 safety professionals (approximate) as Safety Coaches to further embed Queensland Rail’s safety leadership capability.
