Creative Generators-Regional Service Delivery Providers for both Northern Queensland and South East Queensland

Arts Queensland, in partnership with Australia Council for the Arts, seeks to engage suitably qualified service providers to pilot the development and delivery of community arts and cultural development services in Northern and South East regions of Queensland.

• An Industry briefing for Northern Queensland will take place via teleconference or at Arts Queensland, L16, 111 George Street, Brisbane, in the Oodgeroo Room on Thursday 11th February 2010 , from 1:00-3pm.
  
• An Industry briefing for South East Queensland will take place via teleconference or at Arts Queensland, L16, 111 George Street, Brisbane, in the Oodgeroo Room on Friday 12th February 2010 , from 1:00-3pm.
  
• Offerors who do not attend this Industry Briefing will still be eligible to submit an Offer for evaluation. However, if an Offeror or potential Offeror does not attend the Industry Briefing the Agency will not be required to provide information which is delivered during the briefing.
  
• The Industry briefing provides the opportunity for potential Offerors to gain a clearer understanding of particular areas of the Invitation including but not limited to:
  • Background & Agency’s strategy;
  • Overview of the Specifications;
  • Delivery requirements;
  • Conditions of Offer;
  • Conditions of Contract; and
  • Submitting an Offer.
