The management of the former Swan Districts Hospital (fSDH) site (now vacant) was transferred by the Department of Health to the Department in 2015.
The Department of Planning, Land and Heritage currently manages the site and requires the provision of a suitable security solution to secure the site and protect the asset from criminal activity until the site is ready to be transferred.
