This engagement is for a pilot delivery of training and a facilitated workshop for Part 4A Boards. The contractor will develop and deliver content on Board responsibilities under the WHS Act 2011, NPW Act 1974, and Anti-Discrimination Act 1977. Training and workshop will cover respectful behaviours, psychosocial risks, duty of care, and reporting mechanisms.
