Labrador State School Hall Refurbishment (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education via the South East Region is inviting tenders for Refurbishment works to a sports hall located at Labrador State School. The works include the Design and Construction of the following:

• Refurbishment of flooring including new sports surface;
• Acoustic lining of the new walls;
• New ceiling;
• Replacement of glazing;
• Replacement of lights and fans;
• Painting;
• Work to be carried out in September – October 2021.

Site Visit details: A Mandatory site visit on Tuesday 20th July 2021 at 9:00am - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance by 19th July 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
