Brisbane 2032 - Sunshine Coast Venues, Project Validation Reports (PVRs) , Quantity Surveyor

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited by the State of Queensland acting through the Director-General the Department of Energy and Public Works (DEPW) (the Customer) in relation to the provision of Quantity Surveying Services for the Brisbane 2032 – Sunshine Coast Venues – PVR Reference Designs – Quantity Surveyor - Expression of Interest as specified in this EOI document.

The Sunshine Coast Venues are comprised of the following projects/venues:

• Sunshine Coast Stadium
• Sunshine Coast Indoor Sports Centre
• Sunshine Coast Mountain Bike Center

PQC Rating of Level 3 or above

The Quantity Surveyor must be suitably registered under the Prequalification System (PQC) (PQC Level 3 or above) or be eligible to be prequalified. All Suppliers must be prequalified prior to the award of the Quantity Surveyor Consultancy to undertake the PVR Reference Design.
