Pacific Pines State School Resource Centre Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Resource Centre at Pacific Pines State School, located at Santa Isobel Blvd, Pacific Pines QLD 4211.

The works is comprised of refurbishing the Ground Level Adminstration Reception and Level 1 of the Resource Centre Block which will include 2 new STEM rooms, one home readers space, one resource area, reprographics room and associated spaces. The project will be carried out within an operating school environment. Construction commencement is currently scheduled on 13 February 2019. All works are to be completed by 3 May 2019.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a valid QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.
