The project involves but is not limited to:
- Construction of a Road Train Assembly Area (RTAA) on Madigan Road in Karratha
- Widening works on Madigan Road to accommodate entrance into the RTAA and
- Construction of a 2.1km Overtaking Lane on North West Coastal Highway (SLK 1114.690 to 1116.790)
