NSW StatewideVaries from each Panel Deed - This Agreement provides for Nominated Personnel with the necessary expertise and experience from the Service Providers to perform the Services.The Service Provider must obtain and maintain the insurances and policies with a reputable insurer - Professional Indemnity no less than $2m for each and every claim, Workers Compensation insurance as required and Public Liability $10 m per claim. In respect of professional indemnity insurance, except for those policies providing cover on a ‘claims made’ basis, which the Service Provider agrees to maintain for the Term and a period of at least six years thereafter. On request (and otherwise as a condition to payment by DCJ), the Service Provider must promptly provide DCJ with satisfactory evidence of the currency and scope of the required insurances.
