Supply of Hardware and Electrical Products

Queensland Rail is seeking a Contractor or multiple Contractors for the Supply and Delivery of Hardware and Electrical products.

~~For QRP- 19223 and QRP-19224 Supply and Delivery of Hardware and Electrical products.

Please read the attached Conditions of Tendering, preamble and Scope of Works attached for all QTenders registered companies to download.

Tenderers who are interested in submitting a response and wish to download all tender documents must register to recieve all tender documentation.

NOTE: For this tender (QRP-19-223 & 224, the information on this QTender site is not all the information required to complete the tender. Tenderers must register to be provided access to all tender information stored in SAP Ariba. All enquiries in relation to this tender must be made in writing to the Contact Officer.

The Tenderers will be required to complete their response to this tender in the SAP Ariba eSourcing System (SAP Ariba) , please follow the below instructions:

1. Tenderers will be required to register to the SAP Ariba eSourcing System (SAP Ariba) by sending an email to the nominated Contact Officer ([email hidden]).

When requesting to register, please provide the following information in your email:
i. Business email address
ii. Contact name
iii. Phone number
iv. Business name
v. Business address

2. If the Tenderer elects to submit a Tender response, they must do so by using Queensland Rail’s online tendering tool SAP Ariba.
3. Tenders are encouraged to carefully read all documentation available for download in SAP Ariba.
4.Tenderers, once registration is complete within SAP Ariba, are encouraged to accept the pre-requisites Bidder Agreement under 'Review and Accept Pre-requisites' tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes but is not limited to: Addendum and Content Updates. For any Ariba Sourcing system queries, please contact [email hidden].
